Mark the height, length and width of each cushion that will be covered in a sheet of paper. Remove the muslin and mark the measurements on it, using it to make pattern pieces. Place the muslin fabric pattern pieces on your slip cover cloth. Secure them with sticks and use fabric scissors to cut out each piece, leaving about an inch of additional fabric to sew the seams. Iron each piece slipcover. Gather all your pieces together and pin each piece to its matching piece, inside and out. Baste the pieces together using a sewing machine, and then check the fit of the covers on pillows.
